Prices and availability are subject to change and not locked in until booked with payment applied.

Once your trip is booked, it is 100% non refundable, based on the booked suppliers terms and conditions (timeline).  

Any changes or cancellations for "any" reason are subject to a processing charge in addition to any supplier penalties regardless if cancelled by the traveler or the supplier. All administration, planning or service fees are 100% NON refundable.

Travel insurance and travel protection is highly recommended . Trip cancellation/Trip interruption and medical insurance is very important to understand and to have for peace of mind. Pandemic insurance coverage is available. We will provide you the proper information and help you look in to any possible options you already have and determine the most suitable insurance for you. 

Please be aware that a research/ service/ admin fee will be charged once we have determined your request to move forward and are happy to consult and answer your questions.

Evening and Saturday appointments are available upon requests. Walk ins are welcome but appointments are preferred especially during times of high demand.

Before you leave Canada:

Visit travel.gc.ca for essential Country Travel Advice, emergency contacts, a directory of Canadian embassies and consulates, safe travel publications, information on traveling with children & returning to Canada. For information call: 1-800-267-6788.

-  Carry a Canadian passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of return and keep a copy of the identification page separate from the original. Obtain any required visas and an International Driving Permit and all required documents to travel.

-  If traveling with children, carry documentation proving your right to accompany them (e.g. a consent letter or court order).

-  Please note that entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. Verify the entry requirements again, prior to departure as these requirements can change between the time of booking and departure/entry time.

-  Arrange for travel health insurance and take care of health needs, such as extra eyeglasses, prescriptions, vaccinations and medical certificates and supplies.

-  Anticipate financial needs, such as local currency exchange and departure tax.

-  Living standards, conditions and practices at your destination with respect to utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found in Canada.

Governments across the globe have imposed various travel restrictions that may be imposed or amended with little warning. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the valid travel documents necessary to enter in, exit from or transit through, each country/region on your itinerary regardless of the flight carrier.
